Salt Talk and Lunch

Join us for an informative and fun lunch with a talk from Jethro of the recently formed Dorset Sea Salt Company on Saturday 4th November at 12.30. Jethro has revived the ancient art of salt making on the Isle of Portland and would love to tell you about his journey, the process and the finished product.

We will be producing a salt themed three course lunch which will showcase his delicious salt. We look forward to seeing you there.
