Poached duck egg, fricassee of mushrooms, rye bread, watercress pannacotta.


Portland crab, lemon jelly, kohlrabi, seaweed powder, crispy capers.


Your choice of;

Roasted turbot fillet, curry veloute, steamed mussels, charred broccoli florets.


Dorset beef fillet, potato noisettes, pancetta crisp, forestiere garnish, thyme jus.


Beetroot sorbet, goats cheese, black pepper tuille.


Dark chocolate and orange pave, almond milk puree, chocolate crumb.
